Tory Taylor helps Chicago Bears edge Commanders

Australian punter Tory Taylor played in Chicago’s narrow 25–24 victory over the Washington Commanders at Northwest Stadium. Taylor punted twice for 106 yards, averaging 53 yards per punt, with a long of 53 yards. One of his punts landed inside the 20, and he recorded no touchbacks. The Bears led 13–7 at half-time before Washington moved ahead 17–16 after three quarters. Chicago responded in the final period, outscoring the Commanders 9–7 to secure the one-point win.
