Bazzana records a hit and RBI in Guardians loss

Travis Bazzana played for Cleveland as the Guardians fell 7–1 to the Pittsburgh Pirates at Progressive Field. Batting four times, the Australian recorded one hit, one RBI and one triple for three total bases, while scoring no runs. He also made two assists and one putout in the field without an error. Cleveland’s only run came in the third inning, while Pittsburgh built its lead with two runs in the second, three in the sixth and two in the eighth. Bazzana struck out twice and left two runners on base.
