Bazzana scores twice as Guardians beat Marlins

Travis Bazzana played in Cleveland’s 5–2 victory over the Miami Marlins at loanDepot park. The Guardians built an early 2–0 lead in the first inning, added runs in the fifth and seventh, and finished with a two-run ninth to secure the result. Bazzana went hitless in three at-bats but scored twice across five plate appearances. He drew one walk, was hit by a pitch once and stole one base, while recording no RBIs or extra-base hits. Defensively, he made one assist from one fielding chance without an error. Cleveland led 2–1 after the first inning and held Miami to single runs in the third and ninth, completing the five-run win.
