Bazzana contributes as Guardians rally past Angels

Travis Bazzana played a part in Cleveland’s 8–6 extra-inning win over the Los Angeles Angels at Angel Stadium. The Guardians fell 5–0 behind after two innings but gradually recovered, scoring three runs in the fourth, two in the fifth, one in the eighth and two more in the 10th to secure the result. Bazzana went 1-for-5 with a double, one run, one RBI and a walk from six plate appearances. He also recorded three assists in the field without an error. His hit provided two total bases, while he struck out once and left eight runners on base. The win completed Cleveland’s comeback after the early deficit, with the Angels’ only additional run coming in the fifth inning.
