Emerson Jones advances in Vancouver

Australian Emerson Jones defeated Canada’s Carol Zhao 6-3, 4-6, 6-4 in the M5 round of the Vancouver 125. Jones won the deciding set after the players traded the opening two sets, completing a 2-1 victory. The result gave Jones two sets to one and sent her through in the Vancouver, Canada event.
