Wishnowsky contributes as Falcons defeat Bills 24-14
Mitch Wishnowsky played for the Buffalo Bills in their 24-14 loss to the Atlanta Falcons at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The Australian punter was used six times, producing 273 punt yards at a 45.5-yard gross average. Four of his punts landed inside the 20, with no touchbacks and a longest punt of 50 yards. Buffalo led 7-0 after the opening quarter, but Atlanta responded with 14 points in the second period to take control. The Bills levelled the scoring in the third quarter, while the Falcons added a field goal in the fourth to secure the win. Atlanta’s victory was driven by Bijan Robinson’s 170 rushing yards, including an 81-yard touchdown, while Buffalo’s offence struggled to keep pace. Wishnowsky’s punting provided useful field-position work, but the Bills finished with a 10-point defeat.
