Curtis Mead goes hitless as Nationals fall to Diamondbacks

Curtis Mead played for Washington in the Nationals’ 3–2 home loss to Arizona at Nationals Park. He went hitless in two at-bats, with no runs or RBIs, but drew two walks across four plate appearances. Mead was also charged with no fielding errors or putouts. Washington fell behind 2–0 in the second inning before scoring twice in the fourth to level the game.
