Mead collects two hits as Astros defeat Nationals

Curtis Mead played for the Washington Nationals in their 6–3 loss to the Houston Astros at Nationals Park. Batting five times, Mead recorded two hits, including a double, for three total bases. He scored no runs and had no RBIs, while striking out once and leaving three runners on base. He also contributed two assists and one putout in the field, with no errors recorded from three fielding chances.
