Devlin and Strain feature as Rangers edge Falkirk 2-1

Rangers claimed a 2-1 win over Falkirk at Falkirk Stadium on 2 September 2026, coming from 1-1 at half-time. C. Devlin started in midfield for Rangers and played 59 minutes before being replaced, completing 31 passes, winning six of 11 duels and making three tackles and two interceptions. He did not score or assist. R. Strain played the full 90 minutes for Falkirk in defence. He recorded one shot on target, two key passes, two interceptions, five duels won and completed both of his dribble attempts, although he could not prevent Falkirk from falling to defeat. Rangers held 57 per cent possession, registered 16 shots to Falkirk’s 12 and ultimately secured the points through Lawrence Shankland’s second goal in the 79th minute.
