Matthew Hayball’s Atlanta opportunity is bigger than a punting duel

The Australian is competing with Jake Bailey for Atlanta’s punting job, but the International Player Pathway rules give Hayball a roster advantage that makes this a structural evaluation, not just a specialist battle.
